Trying To Update My Subscription

Well I haven't played TT in a couple of month, since Jan. I'm pretty sure. I suddenly became interested in it again so I asked my dad to update my subscription. After a while he said ok. So he went onto TT.com and I logged on to my account, knowing it wouldn't work but that was where the "Update Subscription" button. So my dad clicked it and put in his credit card # and all of that and when he was done with everything he needed to put it and clicked "Next" it says "Sorry, please call Disney at *phone #* if you have any questions*or something like that. Is this supposed to happen?

Sorry for the triple post, mods you can delete this thread. It probably just wouldn't work on my dad's computer. I used my mom's credit card on my computer and it worked! All my old friends on TT will see me again!

I'm sorry for all these post I'm making. Now there's a really weird problem. It says that everything went great and there's the button that says "Play Now!" so I click it and where does it lead me? "Sorry, your account has expired". What do I do??
