Can't finish lure track at Donald's Dock...

I'm a 33 laff point toon trying to finish the lure track in Donald's Dock. I have all 15 frames and have a 60 bean jar, 40 gag pockets, and teleport access to DD, but the "Final Gag Track" task will not show up ANYWHERE!!! All I get are "For Fun Tasks" Is there a special place I need to go or is my account broken? Please help!

have you got any tasks in your task log... if yes you have to finsed them to get the 16 frame

You should be 34 laff before getting the final track (not counting laff from fish, garden etc). If you're not being offered a laff point task, you will need to finish any other tasks you are carrying first, then finish the laff task, before being offered the final track. What do you have in your task slots now?
