Cool Laptop Toonotwn

Hi, I play toontown on my home computer. I would really like to get it on my younger sisters laptop because im very busy and rarely at home during weekdays. It wouldn't let me play and listed the system requirements. My mom and i checked and we definately have ALL the requirements. We ahve internet and everything appropriate for toontown. We arn't sure how to make it play. Any suggestions?? Has this happened to anyone else??

Thanks,

Stephy

What is the error message?
How far do you get?
Do you log in get to the Toontown is downloading seltser bottle, then it goes to report a bug?
Do you go to the site and it tells you to download something?
What are the computer model, age, and specks (like mine Hp Pavillion Dv8000t, running Windows Vista Ultimate, 2.16 ghz processor, 2 gigs of ram)
Are you using Interenet Explorer?
Is your security settings set to allow Active X?

Question Connection Speed?

How old or new is the laptop?

Wonder could it be an issue with connection speed?

When I upgraded my PC it came loaded with Vista and I couldn't connect. My daughter could carry my new PC tower to her house and connect on it over DSL so I then upgraded to cable (was running dial up since DSL is still not available where I live). Once I upgraded to cable I could connect so I know there was an issue with the connection speed (I still have other Vista -vs- Toontown issues, but I am tolerating those at this time).

It goes to the screen that says SORRY and all the requirements after I click Play. I already have an account at home but my sister is on it so now I'm getting a new account and it doesn't work. I have all the requirements and I know that for a fact because my mom checked and she works for computers. So now I don't know what to do!!!!!

No Kit t. kat means. Do you have windows vista. because it has a differnt way to install toontown. Because toontown wont install by its self on vista
