Full Districts

Is there a way to get into a district if it's full?

im guessing hack or to teleport to your friend that is there

the only way is to tp to your friend

or wait for it to turn from red to green

Hmm....those dreaded red dots...you can either:

1) Look to see where all of your friends are...maybe you'll get lucky and be able to teleport to someone in one of the full districts or
2) Wait it out...ooof.

That's all I know, anyway.
