Pepperflip was correct ... Thats when you get your Black Cat .. and on Halloween day only.

Is there any other way to get a black toon?

I mean, like, something you can purchase, or some sort of upgrade to your account.

I ask because I've seen toons with 15 laff points (obviously made the same day), that were black.

Some people make their black cat toons on Halloween and don't play with them for a while. You gotta make them while you can, but that doesn't mean you can't save working them for later! A 15 laff toon could have been made months or years ago. You never know. :-)

BTW, no, there is no other way or day to make a black toon, and also cats are the ONLY species that turn black on Halloween.

Yes, that was my theory as well (that someone bought an account and made several black cats, saving them for later). But my mom wanted me to ask anyways (she really wants to be black...hee hee)

This only works on Halloween. When Flippy first asks you to say somthing (I think it is "How are you doing"), you say back to him "Toontastic". Give it another try in about 6 months.
