Toon up phrase

Greetings,

I am new to this forum but I thought that it would be a great place to ask this question.

While in Cashbot HQ recently one of the toons in our group was able to heal us up using a speedchat phrase. It was something like "Toons of the World Toon-Up". Is anyone out there familiar with this or know how to get it? Or was I just seeing things?

there r 3 of those phrases. "Toons of the World Toon-Up!", "Toons of the World Spend Wisely!"(gives jelly beans) and "Toons of the World Gag-Up!"

you get those phrases by defeating the CFO
