Can someone help me here??? A friend just let me know his account was put on administrative hold! I've read, recently, about that happening. He can't figure out why that would be happening, and I knew someone here would have an answer for me! Has anyone else had this happen to them and not have a clue WHY??? If you could help, I'd sure appreciate it! He would, too! "THANKS A MILLION!"

I don't think that was the case. Wasn't there something recently with people using illegal equiptment that caused the site problems?

If Disney detects use of third party software, they will ban a use for 3 days for first offence. It it happens again, it is a permanent ban.

They also suspend people for grieving or for sfs chatting in a non G rated manner.

He was using a 3rd Party tool to deliberately get in front of other players which is cheating.
