Short cut error

Hello

I have been having problems with getiing to the UK Toontown

After original installation, the shortcut took me to the UK log in.
Recently it has started directing me to the US log in page, so i have to go searching google to find the correct page.

Anyone had this problem or know what causes it or how to fix it??
