Is it possible to change the music in TT?

You can't change it, but you can turn it off if it bugs you.
Just open your sticker book and go to the settings page (where you can turn off friend requests, etc.)
You can leave sound effects on and turn music off - or turn them all off.
I turned off the music a long time ago, because I kept getting "Frankenstein" music that was just like weird random chords - very annoying.
