how do you make your toon say grhh or quackity

If anyone knows the answer to this question please tell me. how do you make your toon say stuff like quackity quack quack or grhh grghh?

its sounds to me you are refering to toons that are talking to their secret friends.To toons who arent their secret friends it looks like as you described "quack,quack or meow,meow".
