How do you get the toon avatars?

I'm kinda stuck with this avatar how do i get the toons and gags avatars i got 106 laff points grand piano,storm cloud,birthday cake,fog horn,hypno goggles, and the pixie dust.

You could... go the Arts & Creativity forum (here) and ask to be made one there... or if you like mine () you can ask me to make you one

I can't make a good avatar, because I don't have a picture editing program. Try goign to the Arts and creativity forum.

I got mine from being on the Top Toons list once... But also if want one like this you can go to the referral section and it gives a picture of all your toons like this picture...
