Can Scurvy Cuttroat be fished anywhere else?

Tried Barnacle for 6 hours straight and only got a shining star fish. Takes me about 4 minutes to fish 20 fish. You can imagine how many fished and I still haven't gotten the scruvy cuttthorat trout. Can this be found in the Donald Duck playground pond?

Wow- that is a long time to fish. How did you keep from going crazy? I caught the scurvy cutthroat with the twig rod On Barnacle on my 4th bucket. I caught the shining star fish my first day at my estates. I don't have too much patience so I haven't been able to find any other extremely rare fish, not to mention that I won't even be offered the bamboo pole for 3 more weeks because I got series 12 cattlelog ont he same day fishing opened and it did not have it--- Grrr. Right now I always fish in Minnie's Melodyland- I am looking for the Clara Nurse shark but so far no luck. I will fish in the playground until all my laugh points are restored (which can be a long time, I'm up to 97) but no where near 6 hours.

I feel your pain. I too have been working Barnacle for about 3 days and still no Scurvy. I am using a Bamboo. PM me when you will be on and we can fish togather another 6 hours.

So far, no one has reported being able to catch it any where else, except on Barncle Bld. in DD. Try changing servers every now and then. I found it helps some times on open to do that. When you start getting nothing but boots, change!

Though with most exstremely rare fish, there seems to be a pattern. It's almost like an invasion of that type of species for about 1 to 3 minutes where all you can catch from that pond is that type of really rare fish, and then it's over.

If your stuck with the twig rod, like I am on open, then you should be able to catch 19 species of fish. I'm not saying this will be easy, actually it wont be. A heavier rod will find rarer fish easier than the min. required rod to catch that fish. By the time we get gold rod, it should be fairly easy to catch any type of fish.

So far I've caughta shining star and the captain on barnacle, no scurvy yet though, I don't think I've read the shining star ever been caught on barnacle before or the captain.

I have not seen this one yet...but I am still on Twig.
