Which Cogs use attacks affecting all Toons?

I was wondering which Cog types use attacks that hit all Toons at once. I know that (for instance) the Mover and Shaker can do it.

Is there such a list posted here somewhere? It would be nice to know so that I can target those Cogs first. (Is it as simple as "everything in the last 3 or 4 rows of the Cog radar chart"?)

Some silly rabbit is making me go through LOTS of multi-story Cog buildings... they can be pretty challenging with a group of three others with 50-60 Laffs (assume 4 or 5 story Brrrgh/Minnie's Melodyland). Taking out such Cogs first would mean less need for Toonups/doodles, allowing everyone to concentrate on destroying the other Cogs.

Skelecogs follow regular cogs, if you click on a skelecog, you can tell what they really are. Most skelecogs in VP/CFO/CJ are Mr. Hollywoods and Minglers, Robber Barons, or Big Wigs.
