I have this phrase on my 106 toon (Sandy Sparklesticks) and want to get it for my 30 toon (Hairy Pawter). Does anyone know where you have to go to get this?

I remember it was a building -- but can't remember where!

You get them from completing the CFO. There is no way for a 30 laffer to get them.

I think it's Talk in Your Sleep - voice training?
It's on the way to the CBHQ. It's towards the end too. You just say "Would you like some help?" to the dude, and he'll give you the Resistance Salute.

Go to Pajama Place in DDL and go into Talking in Your Sleep Voice Training. Whisper (or say?) "Would you like some help?" to the shopkeeper and you are in business!
