How do people find out about glitches or other things? Like going behind the elevator in the Factory or District Attorney's Office?

I'm certainly not an expert glitcher by any means, but let me try to answer your question. I know I've just accidentally stumbled upon a couple of glitches on my own in the past (like "climbing" the silo walls in the factory), others I've been taught by SFs who were willing to share their knowledge, and finally, I've actually read about how to do some here on TTC!
