Monthly payments: Beginning or end of month?

Just wondering, do the payments get deducted at the beginning or end of a Game Month. Say I buy a full account on 15th August, would the first $5 be deducted straight away, or 15th of september? As I want to upgrade my account to a full one, but I have no money in the bank at the moment. I will at the end of every calendar month though. I'm just making sure I don't spend what I don't have, as I use a Debit card. Plus I live in england, so it'll be £3~.

I believe it's at the END of the month? I'm not sure though. Someone told me it was, but it wasn't actually confirmed.

To answer the question. Your billing date will always be on the 15th or around there. Disney will submit the payment on the 15th but it may not post to your bank until a few days later. The first payment is taken out immediately and if you were to upgrade then it would be billed on your next billing cycle which would be Sept 15th for you.
