Okay...so, I have no idea what that means. I have some questions that I need help to be answered please.

1. Whats a Proxy?
2. Wheres my IE Setting?
3. What does "Explicit" Mean?
4. Can you guyz help me solve this so I can play Toontown please?

Before you hang it all up, be sure to open your browser and check out the version. Most of the time you can do this by clicking on Help > About [Browser Name]. Windows 95 supports Internet Explorer 5 (I don't know about the other browsers). Make sure you have the most recent version of the browser for your OS.

First, I would make sure that your computer meets Toontown's minimum system requirments. If it does...............

Maybe you should try using an online dictionary to look up some words there. If all else fails, go to my favorite online encyclopedia! It's called Wikipedia. I'm sure you can figure out the web address from that. Just run a search on some of those words.

IE simply means Internet Explorer. I'm guessing it means internet options when it says IE Settings.

I think you need at least windows xp for toontown.

Yeah in the Toontown box it says:

Minimum requirements Windows 98/ME/2000/XP, Pentium III 500Mhz CPU (or equivalent), 256MB RAM, 32 MB 3D graphichs card, 150MB free hard disk space, 56K modem, Internet explorer 5.1 or newer, DIrect X 7.0 or newer
