You're all full members and can change your "titles" at any time. Go into your User CP (the safe on the menu above), and then click on the "Edit Profile Link." Scroll down, and right below your birthday, you can view your current title and change it to something else.

Plus it means you should be able to PM someone now. (PM=Private Message)
If you go to User CP and click on Private Messages you should see if anyone sent you one, if they did. Also when you see the PM button under a post, you can push that to PM someone that way. PM's are good when you don't want to tell the whole forum something, like a secret friends code, or if you want to say something just to them without having to get everyone involved.

If you're talking about the words under your name, you can find those by going to the User CP, then clicking on Edit Profile. Under your birthday it should say "Custom User Text" UNLESS you are brand new to this board & the moderators haven't turned you into a full member yet. In which case, I'd say wait a few days & that should be resolved.

I registered on 2-5-04 and I'm still not a full member. I don't have anything under my birthday. How long does it usually take?
