MY account got cancelled
Ok my account got cancelled about 60 days ago and now i want to play it again but on the site it says
"If you cancel your account and wish to re-subscribe to Toontown, the cost of membership will be the current subscription rates listed on our website. Please note: Your account will remain in our system for 30 days from the day you cancel your subscription." I only had 30 days to re-subcribe so is there any other way to get my account back? |

call customer service. they are just protecting themselves from people assuming if they cancel that their toons will just be there waiting for them to come back. Chances are high your account is in system and you can get your old toons back. I have heard of people coming back months later and getting them.

Try logging in. A message will come up saying you must update your billing info. Do whatever it says to update the info. Or, make a brand new account, then transfer your toons over to the new one. The first option is faster.
How do I know it will work? I cancelled my account years ago, and just last week I transfered my old toon to a new account and it is here today. Same as I left it. |
