Clock question
I've been meaning to ask this question for a while but keep forgetting. What is up with the clocks in the buildings. Do they mean anything?

Some of them are weird looking. If you look at the elevator you came from, it will say "8:00" (or close), the elevator you get in to go to the next floor says "4:00". The times seem to vary, though. And it's not always a "mirror image" either.
