Streets don't have fishing... Neighborhoods with fishing? Easy... Toontown Central (The neighborhood, not the website)  The Docks The Brrrgh! Daisy Gardens has something the looks like it might have been something, I kinda like to refer to it as the "Concrete Pond". Wetrat

You can fish in all neighborhoods and some streets. I am not sure what streets though.

To jump to the aid of Wetrat, you didn't say you were on test Prof Peppy, so his remark wasn't a "smart" (meaning wise-cracking) remark...I didn't know you were talking about test either when I said to go home & he was right about the neighborhoods on Open. Try to specify test or open to avoid confusion please..lol.
