Ok I found this the first day lawbot hq opened:
go to Hibernation Vacations go inside and say Howdy

i know a lot of people know about it i got me and all my friends on toontown together and we all went to other districts and stood outside of hibernation vacations and showed it to almost 1000 toons

well I got something in the mail before lawbot came out and it told me to do it.. then everyone else found out mostly newbs spoiling the secret now every1 is big and white! BEWARE of the yettie monsters!
