Ya, it's moving from place to place, for a week it was kookytown and kookyboro, today they were sent packing to giggly hill (or whatever it was, i went there and it had a lot but it was giggly something). It seems to move around much faster with the buttons here. It was toon valley a long time ago, when i started playing toontown. Amazing how toons stick together to create full districts. There's no way a few groups could do that.

Well, every so often for some reason it shifts. But the main Districts are mainly:
Kookyboro
KookyTown
Giggle Hills.

Yea, Kookyboro and Kookytown r always filled.

Usually its Kookyboro.

It used to be Loonytown or something way back in say 5 months. My have things changed.
