I hate that task im on it with my low laffer and if its an edit why would i only edit one person?

This edit is easy and can be done in Paint. No skills required. Just copy the 118/118 words from a 118 Laffer, paste it onto this image and there you go.

It had to have been a Developer they can make there toon laff and gags whatever they want (not higher than 120 laff though)
