That used to happen to me in the factories all the time, but now it's moved to the mints as well. I was in a bullion run Sunday that looked similar to yours, but without Flippy. I had a doodle on a trap door and half of something that said "Promotion". *shrug*

same thing,except with a constantly changing pie-to-anvil sprite,And no flippy or doodle,and a big text jumble.I have a screenshot of it in the topic 'Toons that can eat'.Also,There was a skelecog with a blue head with the red cog hp button sinking into some werid quicksand.

Hi, this is fairly common it happens when you walk up to the cogs at a certain angle and when toontown goes to open the battle scene files there is an error and it replaces some files with others (wont get technical) but it reverses your view and can make street signs like those words "INTERNATIONAL" and the flippy this happened merely because it tried to find other files to open for the battle scene ixed with lag showed gray and random characters from various files... If toontown didnt have certain barriers instead of gray it could be the brrgh in the background instead of gray but toontown took action to prevent this, But anyway this is common in the fact it can be replicated by walking up to cogs too fast for your computer or other ways.
