Actually, the Toontown Central Forums are having 2 main problems. This is one of them.
The Picture attatcher is currently not working. This is a bug that came with the new version of VBulletin - 3.5.0 (3 and 1/2) - and is being fixed as we speak. Like others said, please use Imageshack (**************) for the time being. |

Thats the other problem. You can't upload. Not even with imageshack. Just use on of the gallery ones.
