It takes pationts to make that, It took me like 2o minutes ( I make games so I HAVE to be a good artist, Trust me)

I use microsoft photo editor to edit the size of my pictures. Go under Image then Resize .

Don't forget to save the picture.

(If you are meaning the amount of space on a hardrive, then try also saving the picture as a jpg instead of a bmp.)
