I've been trying to make some of the pictures I got as an avatar ,but there's one thing I just can't figure out.......my pic is too big and i need too make it smaller.........how do i do that?

Yes there is, are you using paint, if you are I can tell you how to shrink it.

press ctrl and w at the same time. Then type in the percent you want to shrink it. It might take you a couple trys to get it. It's best to type the same number for each on.

Example:
Verticle- 70%
Horizontal-70%

snce he didn't reply, i will. GO to "tools" then click on "sketch/skew" then you just try different numbers between 1-100 and first try like 90 or so, and if its stil too big, then click on 90 again (what you are doing is making it 90% of the size it used to be) hope this helps!
