Down in the dumps because Sellbot HQ has lost it's luster? Then you are in for a shock, because Cashbot HQ has been released onto the test server. In all of the excitement I checked out TIGER78's thread "Cashbot HQ! screenshot". I stumbled upon a major speculation!

COG NATION
Ever wonder where the COG C.E.O is -- COG NATION. Cog Nation, is what I speculate as the cog's master meddleworks. In the Cashbot Trainyard, there are stocks of crates with the labeling "COG NATION". The trainyard express trains supposed duty, is to obtain these crates and deleiver them to their assigned destination, in this case it is Cog Nation. The trains obtain the crates and continue on the tracks to an unknown destination, possibly the crates shipped destination? If you look out into the trains entrances, you can see the sight of a gloomy uprising, possibly to an even gloomier location. Then there is the odd fact that on the Toontown map, Cashbot HQ is placed in The Brrrgh -- a clue enough? To spectate these speculating pictures, courtesy of TIGER78, look down at this post.

you would think they would work on where paj. place goes instead of another hq off the brrgh... this proves that paj. place might have the crated end for a while...

Cog Nation is prolly another name for the HQ's, or their head factory.
