Okay. Here's a pic of a toon called the bunny called tim. He has throw, squirt, and drop.
Don't you have to choose sound or toonup first? Somebody help me here  I promise you this is no edit.

Quite a remarkable toon, getting a L4 drop whilst still at L4 for Throw and Squirt. Hummm....

That's not the point though, he doesn't have sound or toonup, it also looks a little edited, so idk if its real or not!

I promise all of you I didn't edit this. The pic was too big for me to send in the entire thing, so I had to take a segment out.

Heres the whole enchilada. The small corner on the right side is missing because of the fact that I had to to make the size smaller.

Nope, not a dev. Devs have 'None' or something like that by District and Location. I'm not sure how that is possible....you've stumped me.

No, I swear I didn't edit it. This was back in Daisy Gardens during December. I was just finishing a VP and at the time, I was very paranoid for devs. I saw this guy and I was like WHOA! However, It wasn't edited. I told Dr. Loony about this toon before I even started this thread.
