Top one is telling you your location in the game, I believe, and the bottom one... No idea!

Bottom one is your connection speed to TT.

I found this out after 3 months into the game. I thought this was how others said "meow mew" or "quackity quack" so I'd always say "Me too!" and start randomly pushing those bottons.
