It's saved as a PNG, but was I guess previously saved in JPG. It's all blurry, and I can't HTML Bit blurry pictures (if you know what program I use)

do u have to use HTML codes to edit a pic? i thought u just use the paint program, lol.

I use a program where it uses HTML bits.
Example: X Offset: 120 p
Y Offset: 390 p
Color Bit: White
That colors spots and makes it white. That's
a basic part.

just the paint program? Hehe. I thought he had Photostudio 2000 SE (it has a lot more colors, that's how I edit pics and make avvys, anything other then that and the regular paint program confuses me O.o TOO complicated... should be less complicated!)
