No, i think he means the avatar. Anyway, what you have to do is go into User CP, click 'edit avatar', then you can choose form selected avatars, or you can upload your own. How you do this is resize an image to up to 64x64 pixils, and save it as one of the acceptable filetypes, listed there. Then use the browse button to choose the file, and upload it. There you have it!
