My sister and I had an account BEFORE SBHQ came out and it seemed all the toons were happier, more relaxed and not on 24/7. Then came SBHQ! The same thing kept going and toons were still happy and not fishing like maniacs... then CBHQ. With those tasks and level cogs it wasn't a "Oh we can do this mint with 3 42 lp!" It was "I think this is too risky for you." "Please go away!" That's when TT started to crumble... they added to much stuff to get laffpoints from, people started glitching ALL the time, and 1 of THE WORST thing to ever come to TT... LEVEL 7 GAGS! Way back when it all depended on strategy not hardcore power. 15ers had to figure it out because DD held harder cogs than for level 3 gags and you would find the toons that wouldn't help you for 30 min. or an hour, they'd help you for ALL of TT. It was GREAT before gardening, red districts, lvl. 7s, CBHQ, LBHQ, speedway glitching and glitching in general, and doodles were just tedious. 'Lil Oldman wouldn't be NO!!!! It'd be a fun toontask to do with your friends in 4 or 5 days NOT an hour. I LOVED IT BACK THEN.

With the exception of any glitch related to a Cog HQ and no one wanting to go with noobs, I couldn't Imagine Toontown without all that stuff.

Pie facing the Cogs is the glory of Toontown.

I wish their were no such things as full districts and you could see how many toons were in each district. And that you could go in any district you want. That would be awesome!

Yeah, that makes me think of those good ol' days when Loonyville was the popular district and everyone was happy.

I hope this is well true in that Loonyville is making a comeback.
