is there another way for editing pictures?

i cant edit picures with paint because paint only open with a BITMAP file.

is there any other way to do it?

P.S. Sorry if im in the wrong thing.

Get an editor like GIMP and read tutorials about it.

instead of downloading a porgram, I would change the program "paint" on .bmp to .jpg.
