I don't get it.

Every time I try to post and edited pic, the size is too big. How do I make it so
it isn't too big? Or how do I make text in the box like people do? Do I need Photoshop for the first question?

From Paint, save it as JPEG or PNG, not BMP. If it's still too big, try running Toontown at a lower resolution.

Right-click the picture you made and click 'Edit' Then in Paint Go to 'File'
Then select 'Save as' Then select the file type as JPG GIF or PNG,


Or if you mean the Pictures size make the picture smaller by
Cutting out a smaller picture of the one you have now Or
Resize it by doing this on Paint select 'Image' then select 'Stretch/Skew'
Then Where it says 'Stretch' put 50% on the Horizontal and Vertical boxes.
