I had a similar problem to that execpt the colors were red&blue,I know how it feels. Have fun with the shoddy graphics card(sarcasm)

I had worse,word bubles were blank, it loaded at the speed of a snails walk, and signs were grey.

that shouldnt happen with toontown now maybe another game but toontown is umm graphicaly challenged? lol

Ooh, you were lucky. I used to play TT on a REALLY bad video card. How bad? So bad that there were BLACK SQUARES around the trees! uggh... The running animation you could only see 3 frames of. But.. i sorta LIKED IT. It was COOL!
