They're TOONS. Haven't you seen the Anvil attack? What do you think about an anvil falling on someone? Thats even more violent. And the TNT? Oh yeah, THATS a toy.

They aren't knives, they're daggers. If you have seen runescape you would see the daggers look the same. Still, I thought because of the letters:

G-L-O-W-E (The W looked like V to me)

He would throw gloves!

jaaa true BUT if i recall watching bugs bunny and all that stuff, i really dont remember bugs or elmer or the other cartoons throwing "knifes" or "daggers" or "sharp thingies" at each other. for the most part i have seen cartoons dump safes on each others heads. it is violent but at least u wont see any "ooz" unlike throwing sharp stuff. and tnt...thats the oldest trick in the book lol..
