It may take a while but here it is:
at your house go to the dock and go under it slowy go up it then when u frezze repeatedly press up and down arrow keys and end with down

do the fishing glitch and go into the water and then wait ontill the time runs out or

buy rental cannons and try to hit the water xD if you fall into the water you will look dead

Also you can jump into the water and do the Resistance salute (emotion) while in the air.
