Yeah My Best friend Here Kitty Kitty(the REAL blue dog super toon kitty kitty) is a 24 laff thats lvl 14 hollywood and he has a 50 laff monkey with all gags (skiped some lp tasks)

Well those toons that have 18 laffs with a cake and strom probly have a other really high laffer with lot of exsparince so that might be why alot of u are seeing low laffers have already maxed throw and sqarit they probly have a other at least 65+ laffer just to let u know lol.............:-)
