So, According to schools, 1pm is Dinnertime...?
Well, I've been thinking this for a long time, School DINNERs. DINNER at 1pm. I think theres something wrong there, don't you? I know some schools call it School Lunches, but mine have called it School DINNERs. And its at around 1pm. Now, unless as soon as you get into school you turn the clock forward 6 hours, Who has DINNER at 1pm?
Dinner is usually 6/7/8pm for most people, but schools, the place where they teach us what we need to know, say that dinner is at 1pm, more like Lunch, get it right. I thought schools couldn't be this dumb, but, seems like they are. Does anyone agree? O_o

I agree even though I don't eat lunch that late at my school. We eat lunch at 12:25 - whenever recess is over... 1:10 I think? I eat dinner at home somewhere between 5:00 and 6:00. I don't think that some school's should be teaching kids to be eating dinner at 1PM. What's next? Lunch at 5:30 AM? Guess we're just going to have to wait and see.

I bet it's really just a misspelled lunch, though. Who would go to bed at 4 PM?

My lunch period in high school is at 10:26 AM. I'm NEVER hungry at 10:26, so I just carry around a sandwich from lunch and eat it during History; he doesn't care if I eat. He knows all too well the situation.

Lunch should be around 12ish....
I think when i went to school lunch was around 11 ish :-P

Thats odd...and your school eats lunch really late! Lol. At my school, we eat lunch at 10:30 in the morning. That would be kinda weird/funny if they called it dinner. [Dinner at 10:30am  ] o.o But...my school day is also over by 2pm. I hate eating so early. I'm pretty much always hungry for a snack when I get home from school. x.o

Some places call it dinner...It's just something your not use to...I heard in different countries they call it dinner.

Maybe its called dinner because dinner is usually the last meal of the day.
Being that school is where you spend most of your time they call it dinner since its your home away from home. Just an idea.

I usually eat lunch around 2:00pm, or when I get a chance.
