LOL, your new one is sooo right. That made me think of another one:

Nick and Batleth run the entire site by themselves, any member who claims to be a "mod" or "admin" by their usertitle is really just Nick in disguise. He just has to pretend like others help him.

Also... EKB is really just a talking donut who the mods are afraid to eat. That's why he has so much power.
