YES, it has to come on test. First come to open, right? Millions of people crash on open, people quit because of that, test people are used to it.

Test gets it first to take out bugs to make it better for US. Sure, they get to experience it first. But we can still get inside info, pictures, and in a few days, it'll be out for us.

That's very true,we got the gift option first,the new tracks,and we (any test toons) will get lbhq first.There can be very,very,very annoying bugs that could happen. the test is benefitting the future.

Ok, as somebody already said, "I spoke with a person from toontown on the phone... and I asked if the lawbot hq was coming soon and the person said sometime this week." so testers get ready! (Hopefully testing will be easy and they won't have to wait such a long time to send LB HQ to open.
