That's a bug on Test that was created after a network Toon-Up. Open might get it too. What happens is if you fight a Cog, even a lv. 1 gag will make it flashing red, which usually means it'll be defeated soon or right then. But this bug makes it so we can't tell.

No problem.

I guess new things that are added to Toontown's Open and Test servers, it triggers random bugs to come out, which cause problems such as disconnections, long pauses, weird graphics, etc.

Some bugs won't effect your computer at all. Actully, most of them won't. If it's a bad graphic that Toontown never had fixed, it moght be your computer. But not to worry, all you need to do then is contact the Toontown development team, Disney for short.
