They are probably just putting the new updates for Goofy Speedway on open, since there have been so many updates lately.
(Also notice there is a typo. it should be closed, not close.)

It's not a typo! It says Toontown will temporarily close. if it said toontown will temporarily closed, it would make sence XD

They fixed it. It used to say " Toontown will be temporarily close for an update..."
