This info is on www.toontown.com , least on mine. All except the date. But I'd guess the date would be soon, rather than a year out, just because of the PR issue

I just wanted to say that regardless of who posted this, I'd still not believe it until I heard it from Disney. Nick, KB, scrat, or anyone else - I'd not believe a single one of them until such time as I saw something in writing from Disney with the date.

One additional thing to consider is that even if a projected release date is for early december that projects can and do slip. Until something is officially announced dont get your hopes up too high and guard against getting disappointed from speculation and rumors.

Yeah...and what's with all the hype for TT coming on CD? I keep hitting Gamestop for a street date and its not on their system. I'll try and remind a friend who works there to look in the system there.

Some of these posts make it sound like Lady Twinklekne made that up. I know her well enough to say that I'm sure she wasn't sitting around one day, wondering how to mess with people. She got some information, and decided to pass it along.
I'd like to thank her for taking the time to share that information with us. If Cog HQ opens before Dec. then great, the customer service rep was right. If it doesn't, then oh well, at least we know it's somewhere close.
Cust. service might not have any clue when it's really going to be released, they passed along something they heard and we got it 3rd hand. I'm just glad to hear something good about Cog HQ.

True true. Hats off to Lady Twinklekne

Bare in mind, for some of us old-timers (who pulled out our pocket
knives and carved our names into the Cog HQ baracades many
moons ago), actually seeing it roll out in Test will be the only thing
convincing us. We've seen many extensive additions to the
game (estates, cattlelogs, emotions, holiday garb), giving the
impression that Cog HQ was an idea from a former development
team (who may have implemented it by now), and that the
priority had shifted.

But they had to start making money on the game before further
development (thus no more free play to beta test). I'm sure this
in and of itself delayed development. Then the other enhancements
were added. Patch after patch with new content but no Cog HQ
has made many TT fans a bit jaded. Hearing that a support
staffer actually projected CogHQ's arrival in December is indeed
good news, but it still falls short of the eyeball's proximity

But like I said,
Yep, and you are right on the mark too. Just offering some
perspective for those who haven't been glancing at those
barracades for nearly 2 years

At least its more than we had before. There was a time were the continued existence of Toontown was in doubt and the game has grown considerably since the early days of beta. There was a time when there were no barricades so some sort of construction is going on back there, I just wish the cogs were not such a secretive bunch.
