Top Toon New Year's Day Marathon!

The top Toon in all Top Toons categories EACH HOUR will win a "Toons of the World Unite" Prize Pack including a cap, hooded sweatshirt, and baseball T-shirt. Toons are eligible to win one category for one hour. Runners-up will be winners in case of multiple wins. The competition starts at 9 p.m. PT on December 31 and will run for 24 hours.
