Buildings once again fade in and out of view instead of "pop".
Fixed the disappearing chat buttons problem.
Fixed another bug that causes crashes when Teleporting.
Fixed a graphics glitch that sometimes caused Karts to retain the sparks effects even if no longer colliding with the curb/fence
Fixed another bug that causes crashes when exiting game.
