Don't know if this is new or not but a Toontown CD-Rom is "coming to a store near you!"

Its new and its not. IIRC, back in April, there was a press release saying that in September you would be able to buy TT on CD in the store and it would come with pre-paid cards from AT&T.

So, its new that they're advertising it, but no date has been set yet. Then we'll really be over-run.
