Toontown is Up!
Well I managed to get in anyway and there seems to be an average amount of toons online.
They have changed the webpage (I always access it from there, never by the shortcut), and it now has a little flash animation on it, cute. Please note I have IE 6 and I deleted all my cookies and temp internet files - it didn't make any difference immediately afterwards so I don't know if it was helpful or not. Happy gaming guys, it's my bedtime now
